We coordinate cables, back boxes, equipment space and TV-lift provisions with the build team at the right time. Our technicians work precisely around ceilings, joinery and sightlines. You have one accountable BOE-AV lead from first fix to final handover — on time, on budget, with clear planning.
Calibrate and hand over — ready for everyday life.
Once installed, we measure and fine-tune the system, calibrating sound for each room and setting up screens, scenes and controls around your routines. We then walk through the system with you and your family. The aim is that family members and guests can use it confidently after a few minutes.
Support and evolve — we stay with you.
After handover, we adjust details as rooms settle and habits evolve. Service agreements and remote support help keep the system reliable and up to date. A later extension, move or single-room refresh receives the same considered approach.
